Jade Dragon at City of Dreams Macau will host another landmark four-hands dining experience on June 11 and 12, 2026. Jade Dragon — the only Cantonese restaurant awarded with the prestigious Michelin three stars and Black Pearl three diamonds in Greater China — will join forces with Chao Shang Chao, the Michelin three-starred and Black Pearl one-diamond Teochew restaurant from Beijing, to present the two-night-only "Prestigious Chinese Culinary Treasures" dinner.
For this gastronomic crossover, Kelvin Au Yeung, Director of Culinary at Jade Dragon of City of Dreams Macau, and Cheung Yat Fung, Executive Chef of Chao Shang Chao Beijing, will co-create a six-course menu that brings together the refined richness of Cantonese cuisine and the elegant subtlety of Teochew flavors — unfolding like a flowing poetic narrative of Eastern gastronomy. The experience opens with a trio of appetizers that set the tone for this culinary encounter: Jade Dragon's "Deep-fried Gillardeau Oyster and Semi-dried Oyster Puff" and "Lychee Wood Roasted Barbecue Ibérico Pork Collar with Kumquat", alongside Chao Shang Chao's "Chilled Kinki Fish Rice Tartlet with Bean Paste Sauce". The journey continues with Chao Shang Chao's "Braised Sea Cucumber with Aged Preserved Turnip" and "Charcoal-grilled Beef Parcel with Satay Sauce", offering a layered progression of flavors. The highlight of the menu is a collaborative creation: "Brittany Lobster wrapped with Squash Blossom and Fresh Cod Fish Maw in Hainan Chilli Sauce", elevating both the opulence of seafood and the expressive tension of culinary craftsmanship to its peak. Each dish distills ingredient essence and culinary philosophy, revealing the depth and breadth of Chinese gastronomy through the artistry of the plate.
