Nourish & Thrive Feast: Spring Menu
At Jade Dragon, the only Cantonese restaurant in Greater China awarded both Michelin Three-Star and Black Pearl Three-Diamond, Director of Culinary Kelvin Au Yeung and inaugural 2021 Youth Qihuang Scholar Dr. Cheong Wing Hing draw from the timeless wisdom of the Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic for the Nourish & Thrive Feast Series, celebrating food as medicine in harmony with nature's rhythms.
Spring Menu: Nourishing Sweetness
In spring, sweet flavors take center stage to gently nourish the liver and fortify the spleen. Highlights include Stir-fried Imperial Bird's Nest with Fresh Crab Meat and Egg, which hydrates and invigorates the spleen, Smoked Free-Range Chicken with Green Tea Leaves, which warms the body and is especially good for the liver and kidneys, and a signature Double-boiled Loach Soup with Artichoke and Sea Conch that helps dispel dampness and detox. Throughout the meal, palate cleansers of spring greens will be served, including fresh toon sprouts, malantou greens, and crisp spring bamboo shoots.
