Inspired by the 24 solar terms of the Chinese calendar, Yí incorporates the philosophy of seasonality into its meticulously crafted innovative Chinese menu; Jie Xiang Lou, deeply rooted in Jiangnan gastronomic traditions, blends local flavors with modern culinary technique.
