Enter the world of Yí

High on the 21st-floor skybridge, Yí refines Chinese cuisine with innovative modern flair. Inspired by the 24 solar terms of the Chinese calendar, the restaurant distills Chinese gastronomy to its essence in a creative take on seasonal dining through its signature dishes. Jin Ying captures the essence of Cantonese cuisine, making it Macau’s premier destination for dim sum and gatherings. Beijing Kitchen presents the authentic flavors of Northern China.

Established in Hong Kong in the 1950s, Chan Kee was the first roasted goose restaurant in Sham Tseng and has always been committed to producing the perfect balance of flavor and crispness. As a pioneer in Sham Tseng’s reputation as the “home of the roasted goose,” Chan Kee holds the record for selling 2,000 in a single day.
